Orcutt Ranch Wedding | Nathan & Sarah

Up until September 7th, 2019, Nathan & Sarah had been dating for TEN YEARS.

TEN.

And they’re both babies. That’s the only downside to dating when you’re in high school but these two beat the odds and finally tied the knot just a few weeks ago! I only have one sibling and so when he finally popped the question to Sarah - the wedding planning was on! Luckily for me, I love to plan things and these two were nice enough to let me insert myself into their entire wedding planning process and I had so much fun helping them with create this perfect day! All of my favorite vendors came together to make their wedding AMAZING and I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who knocked it out of the park and spoiled my family!

This is by farrrrrr the longest blog post I’ve ever done because I’m emotionally attached to basically every image so.. sorry not sorry ;)

Santa Barbara Zoo Wedding | Edward & Monica

When we were out taking the Romantics of Edward and Monica, I looked at my second shooter and said, “Can all of our weddings be at the zoo from now on? Because this has spoiled me forever.” I mean, never in my career have I looked up from my camera to see a toucan looking at me so I can definitely say that I’ve hit a high point in my career ;) haha My animal-loving heart is still on cloud 9!

This was such a beautiful wedding and these two couldn’t have been any easier to work with! They were so down to earth and calm and obviously madly in love. It was a joy to witness their incredible day!!

Limoneira Ranch Wedding | TJ & Caitlin

2nd time in a week that I was at Limoneira and it didn’t disappoint! Caitlin & TJ’s beautiful, country affair was everything you could ever hope for and the sweetest little florals in Caitlin’s hair was my favorite part! These two have the absolute sweetest families and I was so lucky to be a part of their amazing day :) I’ve never seen a couple more excited to catch the bouquet and garter! Haha What a fun group!!

Limoneira Ranch Wedding | Ryan & Cindy

So this is one of the few weddings where I actually met the groom first! I used to work out at a local gym and Ryan was my favorite trainer. When he left to start his own gym I followed him but was only working out with him for a few months before I got pregnant and had such crazy morning sickness that I could barely walk to the kitchen without being exhausted, let alone work out - but by the time I was ready to hit the gym again (begrudgingly) Ryan had accepted an amazing job at Waste Management and his gym was gone. Bye, Ryan.

Enter Cindy! I was doing the dreaded blood glucose test at Kaiser (moms, you know that nasty orange drink.. so gross) and Cindy was the one who was drawing my blood. She recognized my name on my blood vials and we got to talking about weddings! I told her to call me when they set a date and… ta-da! Here we are!! It was my complete honor to be a part of their big day.

Hummingbird Nest Ranch Wedding | Matt & Cassie

So many fabulous details, it’s hard to know where to start with this beautiful wedding! With all of this rain and wind I was wondering what kind of day we’d have but there wasn’t a cloud in the sky and only a gentle breeze that swept through the amazing outdoor draping over the reception. You have to see the florals from this wedding because Celebrate knocked it out of the park!

Blomgren Ranch Wedding | Chris & Kelsey

This girl is so special to me because she’s one of my girlfriends! I’m always flattered when people I know as friends trust me to do what I do best and I’m so grateful that Kelsey let me be a part of her incredible day. Never has there ever been a more calm bride.. Kels was still crafting and working on projects until she walked down the aisle and she rolled with any issue that popped up with a shrug - brides of the world: Take note!! Nothing matters except marrying the love of your life and a little wind shouldn’t put a damper on the celebrations! And Chris and Kelsey’s son, Hudson, pretty much stole the show with his cuteness. I can’t even handle his chubby little cheeks!!
