Full of beautiful details and personal touches, David and Christina's wedding was a perfect blend of their two lives coming together! Ashley and Justin's intimate beach affair was so beautiful and personal. Their closest friends and family all gathered on the cliff overlooking the ocean as Ashley walked down the aisle with her dad. After a beautiful reading in memory of Ashley's mother, the two lovebirds exchanged rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife! Congrats to the newlyweds, your wedding was truly one of a kind and so sweet!

Pink and gold. I could just leave it at that, but I just have to elaborate! I'm such a huge fan of that beautiful blushy-pinky color paired with gold these days and Kelly's wedding had me swooning from the get go. Gold glitter, beautiful floral arrangements, hanging crystals, chandeliers, and a frenchie statue to honor their baby, Duke, who stayed at home for the big event. Kelly was glowing even before she put on that stunning dress and added bling for days.. she couldn't have been a more beautiful bride! I could go on and on.. but I'll let the photos tell the story! Kristian and Tiffany met while working at TPC so it was the perfect choice for their beautiful June wedding. The air was warm and a cool breeze swept across the green as Tiffany and her dad walked towards her handsome groom. They exchanged heartfelt vows and rings while their parents watched on with tears in their eyes.. and as the two of them shared their first kiss as husband and wife, they were met with cheers and applause! They danced with their guests, shared cupcakes, and posed with Kristian's awesome groom's cake. Congratulations you two! xo

Part two of my wedding weekend ended with Sean & Alyssa's nuptials at Walnut Grove in Moorpark, California. I met with the ladies at Alyssa's aunt's beautiful home where they were all getting ready! Her sister, Kellie, is incredibly talented and did all of the bridesmaid's hair (including her own! She was a bridesmaid as well.) A delicious spread of muffins, fruit, kind bars, and a chocolate cake were spread out on the table for the girls to snack on and the cake was actually being made in the kitchen while we were there! We traveled to one of my favorite venues of all time and Alyssa got into her STUNNING dress with her mom and sisters by her side. The boys were still en route, so we took the time to photograph Alyssa and her maids around the property! The ceremony was so touching. One of my favorite moments was when the bride walked down the aisle to a guitar rendition of the Jurassic Park theme song! The couple chose to write their own vows (more on that in a second) and their kiss was nothing less than magical. They were both glowing as they walked back up the aisle and celebrated with their wedding party as newlyweds! One of Alyssa's index cards had gotten misplaced before the ceremony so she took a moment to promise the last part of her vows to Sean.. it was so sweet and I definitely choked up a little bit! But the night was far from over! While we took family photos and some fun bridal party shots, the guests played corn hole, enjoyed the open bar, and snacked on delicious appetizers from Command Performance Catering (one of my faves!). Everyone loved the toasts and while dinner was being served, the new Mr. & Mrs. Kiner greeted their guests and took photos with everyone! They escaped into the night through streams of ribbon to their happily ever after...

The day began at the Westlake Village Inn as Todd & Karen prepared for their extraordinary wedding. The sun was warm and there was a cool breeze drifting through the open windows as Karen was curled, pinned, blushed, and glossed to perfection. She looked absolutely beautiful in her gown and Todd couldn't keep his excitement hidden when he turned around and saw her during their first look. They two of them exchanged private vows in the garden before the entire bridal party headed to Calamigos for the big event! It was like a scene from a fairytale as they walked over the bridge to their ceremony while the sounds of the waterfalls (and frogs) serenaded them. The decor included old books, lush blooms, and candlelight that danced over travel themed details. After dinner the party was nonstop as guests enjoyed live music from 11H Entertainment and everyone was on their feet celebrating with the newlyweds!

This. Wedding. I mean, I almost don't have words to describe the beauty of Zane & Caryn's amazing day. The girls curled their hair and prepped in a stunning old villa while listening to music and laughing. The mood was so relaxed and the feeling of pure joy floated down from the ceiling. Meanwhile, upstairs, the boys shot pool and tried to remember how to tie bow ties ;) Zane and Caryn decided to see each other prior to their ceremony and the perfect place to do that was the San Juan Capistrano Mission! Caryn's dress floated like she was walking on air as she stepped in close to Zane before he turned around. But to be honest, it didn't really matter what she was wearing because in that one perfect moment.. he couldn't keep his eyes off of her. The two of them locked eyes and time stood still.
Their ceremony was so personal and they actually "tied the knot" as each parent placed a cord over their hands. Zane's brother-in-law officiated their union and the crowd went wild when they shared their first kiss as husband and wife. From there, the night was a blur of heartfelt toasts, lots of dancing, great food, fun music, and Caryn's contagious laughter.
I apologize in advance for the insane amount of photos.. I had a really hard time narrowing it down any further so I stopped trying :) This is probably a new record for me.

I'm pretty sure we all had a minor panic attack when we saw RAIN scheduled for Saturday. Kristina had been dreaming of this day since she was a little girl and the thought of rain just made me sad! But surprisingly enough, the skies cleared the morning of her wedding and the blue skies and puffy clouds were the perfect backdrop for her outdoor affair at TPC. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple! :)

Woohoo! I just got back from photographing my first international wedding :) okay, so it was just Mexico.. but I still had to use my passport!
Brittany & Mitch are such a wonderful couple. The energy surrounding them was incredibly powerful and there was no shortage of emotions as Brittany walked down the aisle with a photograph of her and her dad in her bouquet. The love and support these two have from their friends and family is amazing and I was honored to have been a witness to such an intimate affair. We were so lucky to dodge a tropical storm that had a 60% chance of blowing in, and it only rained for 10 short minutes right between the ceremony and reception!

Such a touching wedding yesterday! Samantha and I have known each other since high school, and even though our lives have slowly gone their separate ways.. it's so amazing that I was able to capture her big day! She married the love of her life at her aunt's beautiful estate in Westlake Village and while we were worried about the crazy Santa Ana winds that we had all weekend, the weather ended up being just perfect. The sweet details, the tears, the amazing family that travelled from all over the world to be there... perfection.

What a beautiful day for a wedding! Kassie & Julian tied the knot at Tropical Paradise in Camarillo over the weekend and I can't wait to share the photos with you! Her dress was absolutely stunning and it seemed like being a super model was a requirement to be one of her bridesmaids ;) Their day was full of love, laughter, dancing, and all of the beautiful details that made their wedding one-of-a-kind! Joni & Dustin are such a fun couple! They met while working at TPC and chose to have their wedding at the same place :) I've had the pleasure of getting to know them over the last year and I was so excited for their wedding to get here! TPC is definitely one of my favorite venues and Myra always does such a great job with the florals. What can I say about these two? Haha Jared and I have been friends since elementary school (there are some embarrassing photos, don't even get me started..), but then we lost touch after high school... so I was super excited to see that he was engaged via Facebook and then even MORE excited when his adorable fiancé contacted me about shooting their wedding! We met for breakfast and I immediately fell in love with them as a couple and I loved Kelly's vision for her fairytale wedding. Jared & Kelly were married at a Private Residence in Sand Canyon, California on June 29th, 2013. It was definitely 107* outside in the sun, but we didn't really notice! This wedding was, without a doubt, the perfect day for Jared and Kelly. It captured both of their personalities and it was awesome to see them surrounded by so many friends and family members! On top of it all, we were blessed with a STUNNING sunset.. check it out!

I had the pleasure of getting to know Chelsea's family before I even met Chelsea! Her parents met me at a coffee shop last August and told me how they were planning this amazing wedding for their daughter who lived in Florida! I loved the romantic setting of Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California and it was absolutely perfect for the glamorous, shabby chic wedding. Chelsea's sister, Taylor, rocked the role of Maid of Honor and it was so much fun to photograph the beautiful affair that she worked so hard on.

Adam and Kristen were married overlooking the ocean in Laguna Beach! They started the day with a beautiful ocean view and the amazing sea breeze was so calming during all of the preparations. Kristen had a phenomenal dream-team getting her ready for her wedding.. her hairstylist did Princess Diana's hair for 10 years! The love these two have for each other is so sweet and real, they kissed twice during the ceremony before they were actually pronounced "Husband & Wife"! Kristen couldn't help herself! After the ceremony, we all headed to Tivoli Terrace to continue the party. Such a beautiful wedding for two wonderful people :)

How can you look at a sunflower and not smile? Dara's vision of sunflowers transformed the beautiful outdoor amphitheater into a glorious summer wedding! These two took their vows standing between their parents in front of family and friends. The chemistry they have between them is magical and they were an absolute dream to photograph! After their wedding at Grace Baptist, they hopped in Dara's Stepdad's classic car and drove to Le Chene for an intimate dinner with immediate family. We took the opportunity to use Le Chene's garden for family portraits and more romantics of Dara & Nico until the sun went down. Amaziiiiingggg!

What can I say about these two? ...I simply adore them. I met Ashley about 20 years ago when we were both dancing at the same dance studio! I actually danced with her sister, Chelsea. But I always wanted to be a ballerina just like Ashley. I never made it... but she did! She is a beautiful, ballerina-dancing, yoga-doing, absolutely stunning bride :) and she found her Prince Charming in Steve. He is a Fireman with a fantastic sense of humor!! It was non-stop laughter during our engagement session and even more during the wedding.. just wait for the photos of the garter!! The love they have together is a joy to watch and I was so blessed to be a part of this wedding! Ashley & Steve tied the knot at the Santa Clara Catholic Church which, I mean pleeeease, is the most GORGEOUS church that I have ever been in. Hands down. It literally took my breath away when I walked in! We then moved the party to Spanish Hills Country Club to continue the festivities.
